Part-Time Mail & Customer Collection Driver

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Part-Time Mail & Customer Collection Driver to join our team. This role involves completing a scheduled afternoon collection route using a company-provided van.
Your daily route consists of:
- 3 parcel freight collections from customer premises.
- 10 secure mail collections from solicitor offices using key and fob access after business hours.
You will use a handheld device to record and manage all collections throughout your shift.

Additional Hours
Applicants must be flexible and available to provide holiday cover when required.
Holiday cover involves working Tuesdays and Wednesdays, starting at 9:00am. These additional hours are paid at double the standard base rate, providing an excellent opportunity to increase your earnings.
Responsibilities
- Complete all scheduled customer and mailbox collections safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate scanning and tracking of collections using the handheld device.
- Access secure mailboxes using company-issued keys and fobs.
- Drive responsibly and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Follow all company procedures and collection schedules.
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence with a good driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Honest, dependable, and able to manage secure mail collections.
- Flexible to provide additional Tuesday and Wednesday holiday cover when required.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
