This is a client-facing role covering the MK42 area and surrounding region. Regular travel across the region to support clients, attend meetings, deliver services, and represent THSP at local events. Candidates should ideally be located within reasonable travelling distance of the MK42 area to support regular client visits throughout the region. This role requires flexibility to meet client and business needs, with working hours typically falling between 6:00am and 6:00pm.
As a visible representative of THSP within the local business community, you will build relationships with clients and stakeholders, attend networking and industry events, and support the continued growth of the business across the region.
You will be confident presenting health and safety information to clients, delivering toolbox talks, presentations and training within your area of competence. From time to time, you may contribute industry insights, case studies and content that supports THSP's marketing and business development activities.
You will develop trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders, providing practical advice and supporting long-term client retention and satisfaction.

What you bring to THSP
The ability to hit the ground running with 2-3 years Construction industry experience, ideally Construction Management or Supervisory experience, with the ability to build strong, solid relationships. A NEBOSH General Certificate and be comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces is essential.

We are looking for someone based around the Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton, Peterborough or West Cambridgshire area.
Ideally you will be Cert IOSH qualified with minimum 2-3 years UK based Construction experience.
Salary will be based on IOSH status and experience.
