Duties:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all players
- Explain game rules, objectives, and safety guidelines to players
- Monitor game progress and provide hints or clues when necessary
- Reset game rooms and props after each session with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and common areas
- Handle cash transactions and manage reservations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of games
- Upsell and promote products and games with enthusiasm
- Booking in customers and handling telephone queries with confidence
- Open and Close responsibilities
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Have a genuine interest in escape rooms and has experience playing them
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work Mon, Thurs, Fri evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to talk to large & small groups with enthusiasm
- Key holder responsibilities are Friday and Saturday Nights until 10.30pm
- Christmas Halloween and all half terms and summer are expected
