We’re looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join our growing Digital Integration team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming how data and technology support the design, construction, and operation of complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Your future team:
Reporting to the BIM/Digital Delivery Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of embedding digital delivery standards and processes across the programme. This includes implementing ISO 19650-aligned practices, supporting 3D/4D/5D integration, GIS-CAD interoperability, and digital rehearsals—ensuring smooth, efficient, and futureproof delivery of major works.
Your missions:
Work with Senior Project Information Managers to define and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs).
Collaborate across teams to drive consistency in digital delivery standards and adoption of integrated workflows.
Support the setup and enhancement of systems for managing 3D, 4D, and 5D data, ensuring seamless integration of BIM, CAD, and GIS.
Participate in software tool customisation, automation initiatives, and digital innovation (e.g. VR/AR, immersive visualisation).
Train and support project delivery teams in implementing new digital processes and standards.
Interface with BIM/GIS Coordinators, Programme Managers, Document Controllers, and the wider GGP Digital Integrator Team.
