MWG Solicitors are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigator to join their Personal Injury department. We require a dedicated, confident and experienced Personal Injury Litigator who strives for high standards in their work and has a minimum of 2 years experience in Litigation.

Responsibilities

- Manage serious personal injury cases from litigation to trial
- Deal with a full range of litigation matters
- Handle a fast track litigation caseload
- Provide an unparalleled level of service to clients
- Issue Court proceedings and meet tight deadlines

Key Requirements

- Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload
- Outstanding client care and leadership skills
- Ability to build own caseload and work without supervision
- Excellent negotiation and team skills
