Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Electrical Engineer to join our clients team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified electrician with strong commercial maintenance experience who is looking to grow with a supportive and progressive organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical maintenance across commercial properties
- Upgrade lighting systems, including changing from fluorescent to LED installations
- Install new sockets and connect them into existing electrical systems
- Perform annual termination checks on distribution boards
- Conduct 3-hour emergency lighting drain-down tests
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience working in commercial electrical maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
