We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can assess complex business needs, identify process improvements, and translate stakeholder requirements into practical solutions.
You will work closely with clients, project managers, operations teams, systems specialists, and commercial stakeholders to define requirements, improve workflows, and support successful business change.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Analysis:
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, project objectives, and expected outcomes.
Process Improvement:
Review current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements that support productivity, service quality, and cost control.
Stakeholder Management:
Facilitate meetings, interviews, and workshops with clients, operational teams, technical specialists, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Requirements Documentation:
Prepare clear business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
Solution Assessment:
Evaluate proposed systems, process changes, and service improvements to confirm that they meet agreed business and user requirements.
Data Analysis:
Review operational data, customer feedback, performance reports, financial information, and service metrics to identify trends and support decisions.
Project Collaboration:
Work with project managers, delivery teams, systems specialists, and operational departments throughout planning, implementation, testing, and handover.
Change Impact Assessment:
Evaluate how proposed changes may affect employees, customers, systems, procedures, suppliers, and business performance.
Business Case Development:
Support the preparation of business cases by documenting expected benefits, costs, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Testing Support:
Assist with user acceptance testing, defect reviews, process validation, and confirmation that delivered solutions meet approved requirements.
Performance Measurement:
Define relevant performance indicators and help stakeholders measure the results of implemented improvements.
Risk Identification:
Identify operational, commercial, technical, and implementation risks and recommend suitable mitigation actions.
Reporting:
Prepare concise reports, recommendations, analysis summaries, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Mentoring:
Provide guidance to junior analysts and support consistent standards for analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project delivery, management consulting, client operations, or a related professional role.
Education:
A degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Business Analysis Knowledge:
Strong understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, stakeholder management, business cases, and change impact assessment.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret complex information, identify patterns, challenge assumptions, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
Tools:
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar analysis and project management platforms is preferred.
Documentation Skills:
Ability to produce clear business requirements, process diagrams, reports, presentations, and implementation documentation.
Communication Skills:
Strong spoken and written English is required, together with the confidence to communicate with clients, operational teams, and senior stakeholders.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to guide workshops, coordinate analysis activities, influence decisions, and support less-experienced colleagues.
Organisation:
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet project deadlines, maintain accurate documentation, and work effectively with limited supervision.

Pay: £3,900.00-£4,600.00 per month
