Assistant Head Door Supervisor required for a busy live music venue
You will be reporting to the Head Door Supervisor,
Managing the security team at a live music venue
liaising with venue management
dealing with incidents as they arise
ensuring the security team are carrying out their duties correctly
ensuring paperwork and staff training is kept up to date
liaising with company management team
dealing with queries from staff
previous experience in a similar role is preferred but training can be provided, must have good time keeping and a smart appearance, a good understanding of the English language, be a good communicator with security team, customers and venue management, be able to work late shifts and deal with situations under pressure.
Training is available to the right candidate.
Pay: £17.00 per hour
