Are you passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives? We’re looking for a full-time Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Tyn y Coed.
In this rewarding role, you’ll support individuals with learning disabilities to live independent, meaningful lives. From assisting with daily routines and personal care to encouraging community involvement, no two days are ever the same!
About the Role
- Full-time position with a mixture of day and evening shifts
- Work every other weekend
- Support individuals with daily routines, activities, and personal development
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and community engagement
- Be part of a friendly, supportive team
