Working alongside award-winning garden designers, we transform ordinary gardens into beautiful, bespoke landscapes using premium materials and outstanding craftsmanship.
We're looking for an experienced Hard Landscaper who enjoys working to the highest standards and wants to be part of a skilled, friendly team delivering some of the region's finest residential gardens.
About the Role:
Every project is different. You'll be involved in all aspects of high-end garden construction, including:
- Laying natural stone and porcelain paving to an exceptional standard
- Setting out and constructing seating areas, terraces and pathways
- Building retaining walls, brickwork and steps
- Installing fencing, decking and bespoke garden features
- Groundworks, drainage and foundations
- Reading construction drawings and setting out accurately
- Operating excavators, dumpers and landscaping machinery
- Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and site presentation
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in hard landscaping
- Experience building high-end domestic gardens
- Proven experience laying natural stone paving
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pride in producing outstanding workmanship
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
Desirable:
- Experience operating excavators and dumpers
- Brickwork or masonry skills
- Ability to read construction drawings
