We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s developmental milestones in areas such as social skills, communication, and motor skills
- Provide attentive supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Foster a warm, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress, needs, and daily activities
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety procedures, and classroom organization
- Support colleagues through teamwork, sharing best practices, and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere
- Assist with daily routines including meal times, naps, and transitions to promote consistency and comfort for children
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Strong management and leadership skills to guide children’s activities and support team collaboration
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education
- Valid driving license is preferred for transporting children or attending off-site activities
- Childcare qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or equivalent are highly desirable
- A genuine passion for nurturing young minds with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm

Pay: £25,420.00-£29,000.00 per year
