Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Success Executive to join our busy and growing team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer enquiries and resolving a wide range of issues, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and support.
You will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling queries via both telephone and email while liaising closely with suppliers to provide timely updates and solutions. No two days are the same, and the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and remain calm under pressure is essential
Duties
- Managing a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Investigating and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Chasing delivery dates and providing customers with accurate updates.
- Handling claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain information and resolve issues.
- Building positive relationships with both customers and suppliers.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the resolution process.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident handling customer conversations over the phone and via email.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, resilient, and customer-focused approach.
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
