Production Operative (Finishing Machines)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (3-shift rotation, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday)
Salary: Dependent on experience

Job Overview
This role involves the efficient operation of finishing machinery used in the production of packaging materials, including PVC, PET, OPS, and PLA films.
No prior industry experience is required, as full training will be provided, although relevant experience would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor finishing machines safely and efficiently
- Follow production schedules and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Complete basic administrative tasks accurately
- Work collaboratively within a team
Requirements

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good punctuality and reliability
- Flexibility to cover shifts, including short notice changes
- Basic numeracy and accuracy in record-keeping
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience working shifts in a factory or similar environment (including nights)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/2000 procedures
- Experience with slitting or machinery operation
- Familiarity with the lamination and printing industry
