An exciting opportunity has arisen to join North Yorkshire Council’s Business Support Service as a full time Administrator within our Finance Support Buying Team, based at County Hall Northallerton.
The Role
You will undertake a wide range of financial administrative duties including the purchasing of goods and services and processing of invoices, booking staff travel and accommodation and managing the team generic mailbox, whilst providing outstanding customer service.
What you will bring
The successful applicant will have excellent communication & customer service skills and a sound knowledge of using Microsoft packages. Good organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail are a must, along with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
The role is hybrid working with a requirement to work from the office base two days per week.
