Join our busy coffee shop and restaurant as Coffee Shop Manager, overseeing daily operations, staff and finances to deliver excellent service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring standards, training and development are maintained.
- Manage ordering, stock control, portion sizes and waste.
- Ensure accurate stock rotation, labelling and dating of ingredients.
- Complete all food safety and operational checks on time.
- Maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.
- Operate within budgets and cost controls; support regular stocktakes.
- Follow and document allergen procedures.
- Support onboarding and training of new staff.
Prerequisites
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service management.
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to work and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duration
Full-time position with alternate weekend work.
