- Answer phone calls promptly, providing clear information and directing inquiries appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software (IT systems)
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with dental staff to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a reception or administrative role within a healthcare or dental setting preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, including dental practice management software and Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care and handle sensitive information discreetly
