Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive large-scale infrastructure developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards. As a Construction Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources efficiently, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to bring ambitious construction visions to life. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Develop comprehensive project timelines using Primavera P6 project management software to optimize resource allocation and sequencing.
- Oversee daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Utilize Civil 3D software for site design review, grading plans, and ensuring alignment with engineering specifications.
- Manage project documentation meticulously, including progress reports, change orders, and safety records.
- Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to project changes swiftly.
Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects across infrastructure or civil engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for site design coordination and review.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and fostering collaboration on-site.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance practices in construction environments.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members.
