Job Summary & Mission
To create the Smoke & Pepper experience for our guests by providing friendly and efficient service, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a fun and energetic team to prepare and serve food and drinks from our menu.
- Deliver an outstanding Smoke & Pepper experience to every guest.
- Maintain a clean environment and uphold all company standards and policies.
- Follow compliance requirements around Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Personal Hygiene.
- Support food preparation and kitchen operations when required.
- Clear tables promptly and professionally.
- Support restaurant operations with additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Great interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability between 10:00 am and 1:00 am.
