We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead a team of cleaners, maintain quality standards, manage staff performance, and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
● Supervise, support, and motivate a team of cleaning staff.
● Allocate daily work schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
● Carry out regular quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
● Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support.
● Monitor staff attendance, performance, and timekeeping.
● Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used correctly and maintained in good working order.
● Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies as required.
● Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, COSHH guidelines, and company policies.
● Respond promptly to customer queries, complaints, and requests.
● Complete required paperwork, inspection reports, and staff records accurately.
● Report maintenance issues, accidents, and incidents to management.
● Assist with cleaning duties when required to maintain service levels.
