We're looking for an experienced E-Bike Mechanic to join our team, servicing and repairing our fleet of e-bikes. You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable and road-ready, while also being a friendly face for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Service, repair and refurbish e-bikes to a high standard.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot faults quickly and effectively.
- Carry out routine maintenance for peak reliability.
- Assist with customer onboarding and offboarding.
- Provide a positive, helpful customer service experience.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Use software in place to record tasks completed
- Keep tools, equipment and workspace clean and organised.
Requirements:
Essential: proven experience working with e-bikes.
Essential: previous experience working with fleet bikes, or for a company that runs bike fleets.
Strong mechanical and electrical understanding.
Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customers.
Right to live and work in the UK.
