We are looking for someone to join our growing team at the Highfield Hotel & Star of Siam Thai Restaurant. We have been established for over 25 years and have an excellent reputation for our quality of service and food.
The position requires someone with excellent communication skills who has a friendly nature and is able to work well under pressure. The position requires the applicant to work most Saturday nights and be flexible around other nights as required.
The applicant will be required to take orders and gain good knowledge of our menu, serve drinks and food, handle cash and general cleaning activities of all public areas.
The position will include bar work so any applicants must be over 18 and knowledge of previous bar work is a bonus.
Most shifts will be in the evening from 5:30 till late. It is preferred that any applicant has their own transportation to and from the bar & restaurant due to late finishing times. Weekend work is mandatory.
