Duties
- Perform a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments with precision and flair
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Mentor and train junior stylists and apprentices to develop their technical skills and professionalism
- Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, makeup application, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the salon environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior hairdresser with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques
- Expertise in barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments is highly desirable
- Demonstrated store management skills including scheduling, inventory control, and team coordination
- Exceptional communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
- Ability to mentor and motivate junior staff while fostering a positive team environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
