The warm and friendly team at The Sun Inn in the village of Gotham are looking for a Chef to develop and expand the current kitchen which is currently serving an average of 100 covers over 4 days per week.
You must have a passion for food and the creativity to produce seasonal menus centred on Pub Classics. You will lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you will keep our guests coming back for more.

- Consistently deliver high-quality food to be proud of.

- Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
- Produce seasonal menus and themed food evenings.
- Ensure health and hygiene regulations are complied with.
