We are currently recruiting experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) to support Primary Care Centres, UTCs and Walk-in Centres across Calderdale / Huddersfield / Wakefield.
Requirements:
- Minimum Post Graduate Diploma / MSc in Advanced Practice (minimum 120 Level 7 credits)
- Independent Prescribing qualification or experience working under PGDs
- Paediatric experience (treating patients aged 6 months+)
- Previous experience within Primary Care / UTC / Walk-in settings
Role Overview:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care within busy primary care environments
- Work autonomously to assess, diagnose, treat and discharge patients
- Support multidisciplinary teams within urgent and primary care settings
