Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and appreciated from the moment they walk in
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing menu recommendations and answering questions about ingredients or dietary needs
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team, ensuring timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service, ensuring each guest’s experience exceeds expectations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant service is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Experience as a barista or in food preparation roles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
