Business Development – Construction Leads (Commission Based ONLY)
We are Railem Building Construction Ltd, a London-based construction company specialising in drylining, fit-out, refurbishment and residential projects.
This is a commission-only role (no basic salary). We are looking for someone who can bring construction leads and real projects to the company.
What you will do:
- Source and introduce new construction projects (residential or commercial)
- Build relationships with clients, developers, contractors and property professionals
- Bring leads that convert into real projects
Types of projects we are interested in:
- House extensions
- Full refurbishments
- HMOs
- Drylining packages
- Fit-out works (residential & commercial)

Requirements:
- Must have connections or experience in the construction / property sector
- Contacts with developers, contractors, architects, designers or estate agents is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and results-driven
