Irwin Farm Supplies is a family-owned business based in Eglish, Co. Tyrone, convenient to M1. The business has been trading for over 25 years and has grown significantly of latter years. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our team who can interact in a friendly manner and make our customer experience great.
About The Role
Working as part of a team, the Retail Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Shop Manager with day-to-day running of the shop. This includes serving customers, organising the shop floor, unpacking deliveries, processing customer payments and supporting other store functions when needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge and awareness of the NI agricultural industry and agricultural products, have a positive can-do attitude, strong computer skills and excellent communication skills. Experience of working in retail and/or customer services is desirable, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Full-time hours are 45 hours per week. Shop hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm. In addition, there will also be a requirement to work Saturday mornings (8.30 am – 1.00 pm) on a rota basis. The role is based in Irwin Farm Supplies, Eglish.
