Overview
We are seeking both experienced and those wanting to progress into a new role within Electrical Project Management and Supervision. The right candidates will have time served knowledge of the new build residential industry and be willing to lead and oversee all aspects of the electrical projects from inception to completion. In these roles, you will coordinate teams, manage resources and build program, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards.

Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams on objectives, and deliverables
- Oversee the installation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
- Supervise on-site activities, providing guidance to electricians and subcontractors to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Monitor project performance and quality through regular reporting, addressing issues proactively to keep projects on track
Skills
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale electrical projects in a residential new build environment
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to work under pressure, motivate teams and coordinate between client and contractor
- Deep understanding of electrical practises, safety standards, and best practices in construction projects
- Excellent communication skills for clear documentation, QA reporting
Please ensure you have proven experience in residential new build projects before applying. Candidates will also require, at a minimum, SSSTS (SMSTS preferred), CSCS/ECS card suited for the role.
Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
