A Hunt & Co (CITY) Limited is a construction management company providing a comprehensive range of services to commercial and corporate clients across London. Our services include office fit-outs, refurbishments, space planning, furniture and fittings, general maintenance and cleaning, as well as specialist building services.
Our specialist services include plumbing, electrical works, roofing, fire prevention and protection, heating, gas systems, air conditioning, decorating and general building maintenance.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in South East London.
Role Description:
· Schedule engineers, operatives, subcontractors, and site teams for planned and reactive works.
· Allocate work based on priority, location, and available resources.
· Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
· Coordinate emergency call-outs and respond promptly to client requests.
· Support Contract Managers with project administration.
· Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding ongoing works.
· Provide regular progress updates and maintain strong client relationships.
· Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
· Arrange site visits, surveys, and access with clients and building management.
· Manage daily work schedules and update them as required.
· Ensure all operatives have the required RAMS, permits, and certifications before commencing work.
· Monitor compliance with company Health & Safety procedures.
· Maintain records of inductions, training, and compliance documentation.
Qualification and Skills
· Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or Administrator role within construction, maintenance, or facilities management.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Personal attributes.
