Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced General Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to perform a variety of manual tasks across different sites. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing and tidying work areas
- Load and unload materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Carry out basic construction or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
- Operate manual tools and machinery in accordance with safety guidelines
- Support tradespeople and other team members with various duties as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the work site, including waste disposal and organisation of tools
- Follow instructions accurately to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Labourer or similar role preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
