The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety.
One day you might be leading a Microsoft 365 migration project. The next you could be designing an Azure solution, improving cyber security controls, or mentoring a junior engineer.
You will act as a senior technical escalation point while also working closely with clients to deliver practical business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing senior-level technical support and problem resolution
- Acting as the escalation point for complex infrastructure and cloud issues
- Designing, deploying and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments
- Delivering Azure infrastructure and cloud transformation projects
- Implementing Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft Defender solutions
- Developing PowerShell automation and Power Automate workflows
- Managing Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services
- Supporting network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs and wireless networks
- Leading project delivery from design through to implementation
- Supporting and mentoring 1st and 2nd Line Engineers
- Helping identify opportunities to improve client systems, security and processes

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years' experience in a senior technical support, infrastructure or MSP environment
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience delivering infrastructure or cloud projects
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- The ability to explain technical concepts.
