Head of Activities
We're looking for a creative, caring, and organised Head Activity Co-ordinator to lead our activities team and bring joy to the lives of our residents.
You’ll:
- Plan and run a fun, varied programme of activities and events
- Support and manage another Activity Co-ordinator
- Organise group sessions, community visits, and one-to-one time with residents
- Work closely with staff, families, and external entertainers
- Help with social media and resident celebrations
- Keep activity records up to date
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with older or vulnerable people
- Great organisation, communication and teamwork
- Confidence in leading and motivating others
- A kind and enthusiastic personality
