Joining a leading local FMCG producer who continue to expand across the UK & ROI markets as their new Assistant Management Accountant and supporting finance functions across the business, with a salary ranging from £30,000 - £40,000.
Producing accounting reports and supporting the preparation of monthly and annual accounts, duties will include;
- Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, journals, accruals and prepayments
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Process payroll and administer pensions
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Analyse manufacturing costs and support cost reduction initiatives
- Assist with accounts payable, receivable and general finance activities
- Support audits, statutory submissions and compliance with financial controls
- Work with management and other departments to support business objectives
- Ensure departmental policies and procedures are maintained
- Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the finance function
Assistant Management Accountant, Mid Ulster
- 2 + years’ experience in an accounts, finance or similar role, ideally with experience gained in a manufacturing or engineering environment
