Contract: Part-Time (16 hours per week)
Additional Hours: Overtime available on match nights, weekends, and during key events.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Merchandise Assistant to join the Glasgow Clan retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Working closely with the Merchandise Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our online store and game night retail operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
· Picking, packing and dispatching online orders.
· Receiving and checking merchandise deliveries.
· Organising and replenishing stock.
· Assisting with regular stock takes and inventory management.
· Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient stockroom.
· Supporting product preparation for new launches and promotions.
· Assisting with click & collect orders.
· Working on the merchandise stall and click & collect counter during Glasgow Clan home games.
· Providing excellent customer service to supporters on game nights.
· Supporting additional retail events and promotional activities throughout the season.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
· Organised with excellent attention to detail.
· Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
· Comfortable with manual handling and moving stock deliveries.
· Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems.
· Friendly, approachable and passionate about customer service.
· Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends during the hockey season.
· Previous retail experience is desirable
