Job Title: HR Operations Lead (12 month - FTC with possible extension)

Job Intro/Overview:
Beyond Blue Insight is an independent, global, strategic pharmaceutical market research company. We are looking for a highly motivated, talented, and experienced HR Operations Lead to join our growing team.
The Role
In this role you will take full ownership of HR operations and partner closely with the Senior HR Manager to deliver a consistent and compliant people service across the business. You'll be at key part of the HR team, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and fully supports key business priorities.
Key areas include:
· Ensuring full compliance with employment law and internal standards for the UK and also globally (US, Spain, South Africa)
· Leading and developing all HR operations to deliver a high-quality, responsive service
· Reviewing and improving HR processes, systems and ways of working
· Leading on matters of Compliance and Audit and policy review
· Tracking HR metrics and ensuring that HR systems and platforms are used optimally
· Managing employee relations cases, including more complex issues
· Leading on reward, benchmarking and benefits activity
· Driving the annual training plan to ensure that training is fully rolled out, executed well and is prioritised
You will also provide leadership and coaching to support the Senior HR Manager in delivering the following:
· Developing and implementing an annual HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives
· Assessing current and future talent needs through regular workforce planning and analysis
· Developing a centralised vision for learning and development (including training, coaching and mentoring)
· Supporting performance, skills development and succession planning processes
· Supporting on the management of any under performance to put solutions in place where required
· Developing a talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent, including engaging with high potential candidates, representing the EVP and building and maintaining relationships. Engaging with AI recruitment tools to support headhunting strategies.
· Partnering with the Recruitment Task Force on interviewing and selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience from grad recruitment through to senior hire recruitment
· Ensuring key talent retention strategies are in place. Analysing existing employee feedback and turnover metrics to develop and implement retention strategies.
· Working with leadership to create a positive workplace culture that encourages employee loyalty and satisfaction
About You
· Proven experience in an HR Operations role
· CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent experience)
· Strong generalist HR expertise across ER, performance, and operations
· Experience of leading and coaching HR teams
· Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
· Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
· Practical, solutions-focused and highly organised
· Process driven and excellent attention to detail

Recruitment process:
