The Shambles Windsor are looking for experienced, unique and driven individuals to join the floor team full-time . Our beautiful venue needs passionate and knowledgeable staff to help us grow and mature.
Opened in the summer or 2023, The Shambles is a Café during the day serving the best coffee town and a delicious yet simple food offering. At night we transition into a wine and cocktail bar serving incredible beverages and small plates in a cool relaxed atmosphere. We offer a growing list of natural and contemporary wines, local beers and British spirits to have in or to take away from our bottle shop. Our guests vary from visiting tourists to Windsor locals and, after having been open for only a 10 months we were voted best bar in Berkshire by Muddy Stilettos!
Ideal candidate:
You are a hospitality proffesional who has experience in a similar role and is looking to learn and grow within the industry. You are excited by hospitality, wine & food, storytelling, sustainability, and continually aim to learn, grow and better yourself.
As part of the front of house team you will:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks and food menu
- Take pride in preparing and delivering orders at the highest quality level
- Engage with guests, get to know our regulars and learn to anticipate their needs
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
- Works with the kitchen and F&B teams
- Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests a unique experience
