Job Introduction
As a Meal Coordinator at Sodexo based at Fortrea CRU in Leeds, you’ll play an important part in providing a high-quality food and beverage service for volunteers, staff, clients and visitors within a busy clinical research environment.
You’ll work as part of the catering team to ensure meals and refreshments are provided in line with meal schedules, menu cycles and bookings, while following recipe specifications to deliver a consistent and positive food experience.

What you’ll do:

Provide food and beverages for volunteers, staff, clients and visitors as required.

Deliver meals in line with agreed meal schedules, menu cycles and bookings.

Ensure food is prepared and served in accordance with recipe specifications.

Help provide a consistently positive food and beverage experience.

Work effectively as part of the wider site and catering team.

Maintain high standards when working within the clinical research unit environment.
What you bring:

Previous experience working within a food service or catering environment.

A reliable and organised approach to your work.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Good attention to detail when following meal schedules and recipe specifications.
