What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering exciting learning experiences to support children’s growth across emotional, social, physical, and cognitive areas.
- Creating a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe and valued.
- Observing and assessing children’s progress, and keeping parents updated on their development.
- Working collaboratively with your team to shape a curriculum that meets every child’s needs.
- Keeping accurate records in line with safeguarding and compliance standards.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Supporting positive behaviour through encouragement and gentle guidance.
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (required).
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow.
- Confident communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a love of learning.
- Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong English language skills.
