Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nominated Individual for Supported Living services. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality care within supported living environments, ensuring compliance with all CQC regulations and standards. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a compassionate approach to supporting individuals with diverse care needs, including EBD and LD. The Nominated Individual will be responsible for managing care teams, developing personalised care plans, and maintaining excellent standards of service across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations within supported living settings, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
- Lead and supervise care staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development.
- Develop, review, and implement personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements related to adult social care, including CQC standards.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to uphold high standards of service provision.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to support residents’ wellbeing and ensure continuity of care.
- Lead investigations into incidents or complaints, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide leadership in safeguarding practices to protect vulnerable adults from harm or abuse.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable knowledge of care planning, medication administration, and regulatory compliance within adult social care settings.
- Previous management or supervising experience within a care home or home care organisation.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with an organised approach to managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care & Level 5 in Leadership in Management.

Pay: £50,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
