HGV Driver - Dustcarts & Hookloaders
Location: Boston Depot

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HGV Driver to join our team at the Boston depot. This is a day‑shift role involving the safe and efficient transportation of waste between customer premises and our disposal and recycling facilities. You will operate a variety of HGV vehicles as part of your daily duties including Hook lift (RoRo) & Dustcarts
Key Responsibilities
- Transport waste materials to and from customer sites and disposal locations
- Operate HGV vehicles safely and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain high standards of vehicle care and compliance
- Work collaboratively with the depot and operations teams
About You
- Proven experience as an HGV driver
- Strong understanding of written and verbal English
- Flexibility and a positive attitude toward supporting customer needs
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and service excellence
- Additional training will be provided where necessary
Hours & Schedule
- Monday to Friday – minimum 45 hours per week
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Bank Holidays
- All overtime paid at an enhanced rate
- Regular weekend availability required
