We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a well-established Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Team Leader, Senior Residential Support Worker, or existing Deputy Manager who is passionate about leading by example and creating positive outcomes for young people.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead and motivate the residential care team
- Promote safeguarding and high-quality care
- Mentor and develop staff members
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the service
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Experience as a Team Leader, Senior Residential Support Worker, or Deputy Manager
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Children's Home Regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
