We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our Outstanding nursery team. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s developmental milestones across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical areas
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where children feel valued and supported
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, nap times, and outdoor activities to ensure their safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress, needs, and achievements
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and daily activities in compliance with regulatory standards
- Support the implementation of curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education principles
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Strong ability to work within a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to organize activities that promote learning through play
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: £22,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
