We're looking for a Safety Manager to lead the delivery of our corporate safety strategy across the village, ensuring compliance with guest, occupational and fire safety standards.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver and coordinate the corporate safety strategy, ensuring compliance
- Advise senior management and liaise with regulators, insurers and stakeholders
- Investigate incidents and manage escalation processes effectively
- Lead the Health and Safety team, ensuring strong performance and engagement
- Foster a culture of wellbeing, motivation and continuous improvement across the team

Your working hours
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 4th October 2027
- Full-time, contracted 150 hours per 4-week period
- This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you
- Detail-oriented and organised, with strong investigative and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communicator with ability to work with colleagues at all levels
- A good level of computer literacy
- NEBOSH General Certificate, with a good understanding of Health and Safety legislation
- Previous experience in Health, Safety and Fire management
