Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes swiftly.
- Program, operate, and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support automation processes.
- Conduct welding repairs and mechanical adjustments as needed to ensure equipment integrity.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts accurately for effective troubleshooting.
- Supervise maintenance activities, coordinate work schedules, and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performing team environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge including welding skills and familiarity with mechanical components.
- Experience working with schematics, wiring diagrams, and automation control systems such as PLCs.
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing maintenance teams or projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration across departments.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to respond promptly to operational needs and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
