We are seeking a passionate and experienced and qualified early years educator to join our dedicated team at our new setting in Kingsworthy, Winchester.
Kingsworthy Early Years Centre supports children in an environment where they are engaged, motivated, independent thinkers, who have a positive attitude to learning. The centre is a short walk from the train station, meaning it is easily accessible to all drivers and non drivers.
How will you use your skills and experience?
You will be working as part of an established team who are responsible for ensuring the effective day to day running of the setting.
The role is term time only working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45am and 4.00pm.
Duties will include:
Providing a happy, healthy and caring environment for children to explore, develop and grow.
Providing innovating activities and constantly challenging your children’s learning and development.
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents and carers.
Work in a team promoting child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are upheld.

This Nursery is part of The Early Years Group of nurseries, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide a caring and educational environment for all of our children with a warm and welcoming family atmosphere for staff, parents, carers and visitors. Our small group has 4 nurseries and we pride ourselves in having a very family feel to our teams.
This role is suited to a Level 3 or equivalent early years professional, someone looking for a new start in a long term career us.
