About Us
CKR Utilities Limited is a family-run business founded in 2010 by Craig Broadhurst. Backed by a young management team and experienced industry professionals. We've grown steadily since then and with our merger with i2 Services we have gone from a single two-man gang into a team of over 200 people working across the North West.
We support utility companies across the region in maintaining their infrastructure, and we're expanding further in the coming years alongside our major clients. Most of our work is carried out for United Utilities via Tier 1 contractors such as Network Plus and the M Group, alongside other clients including OCU Group and Saphire Utility Solutions. Our services cover the repair and maintenance of water mains, water meter installation, private water main leak repairs, and backfill and reinstatement work.
Our main trading site is our unit and yard in Heywood, with an additional yard in Leyland and our head office in Preston.
