Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to provide high-quality support to individuals in care settings. Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility to promote independence.
- Implement and follow personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs and preferences.
- Support clients with medication management and health monitoring as required.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ overall well-being.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of care plans, health & safety regulations, and safeguarding procedures.
- Strong command of the English language for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse individuals.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
