Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to hygiene regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and helping them with their orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the kiosk environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience is ideal but not necessary.
- Strong basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous.
- A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours.

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
