£48,798 per annum
Permanent - 37 hours per week
Are you an experienced construction professional looking to lead projects that make a real difference to local communities? ODS is seeking a proactive and organised Site Manager to oversee a range of refurbishment and construction projects across Oxford.
Working closely with project managers, subcontractors and site teams, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time and within budget. From coordinating resources and managing site operations to maintaining excellent health and safety standards, you'll help create great spaces for people to live, work and visit.
We're looking for someone with site management experience, strong knowledge of construction processes and health and safety legislation, and a collaborative approach to leadership. An SMSTS qualification is essential.
