We are looking for a System Administrator with at least 2 years’ experience providing IT support to office and remote based workers, preferably in a legal environment.

As a System Administrator you will:
- Ensure that all network resources are working correctly and available for use by all members of staff.
- Ensure that all telecommunications, fixed and mobile are working correctly and available for use by all members of staff.
- Ensure that all support calls and emails are prioritised and dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Be able to build effective working relationships within the IT team. Able to use the knowledge of other members of the IT team to assist with unfamiliar problems or issues.
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external parties when required. Have the ability to maintain a high standard of interpersonal and communication skills, especially in the context of client care.
To be considered for this role, you must have some relevant experience in at least half of the below;
- Mimecast (Email monitoring, inspection and approval).
- Qualys (Vulnerability monitoring and Patch management).
- Proclaim Case Management Software
- Dictation Software.
- Office 365 suite, (Word, Excel & Teams).
- Windows 11 support and administration.
- Familiarity working on Windows Server.
- Active Directory and MS 365 user, group, and Group Policy management.
- General Networking skills, such TCP/IP, DNS, & DHCP and patching.
- Supporting remote users with Citrix XenApp/Resolve.
- Deploying and administering PC builds Drivers and Software with Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
- Mitel Phone Systems (Creating users, assigning memberships and features).
- Papercut/Sharp - MFC printing and scanning.
- User onboarding and training.
